Our Expertise
DABRO.CPD is founded by David Broschomb, a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, as well as an APC Assessor and Mentor. David brings extensive experience in professional education, having previously delivered commercial property courses for Propertymark. He currently presents to students at Salford University and Leeds Beckett University, and supports APC candidates both in the UK and Saudi Arabia. His practical insight ensures that all training is grounded in real-world application, not just theory.
DABRO.CPD is also supported by Kevin Aspin MRICS, who has broad experience across Commercial and Retail Property in both corporate and private sector environments. Kevin is a Lecturer at Salford University and regularly presents for Propertymark and other professional training organisations, bringing an academic rigour combined with strong industry insight.
In addition, DABRO.CPD works with a network of Associate professionals, each offering specialist knowledge across a wide range of property disciplines. This allows us to deliver varied, relevant CPD content tailored to the needs of the sector.
